國際網絡安全治理的中國方案（阿拉伯文）

　　中國從“接入”互聯網的*天起，就成為推進互聯網全球普及與應用、積極參與網絡空間國際治理的重要力量，其中不僅有理念的輸出，更有實踐的推進，二者相輔相承，共同構成中國參與網絡空間國際治理的路線圖。尤其是隨著互聯網技術與應用“雙刃劍”作用的日益顯現，當前網絡空間治理在追求“發(fā)展”與“安全”的平衡過程中，不得不將治理重心更多地向網絡安全治理傾斜。在此過程中，中國全方位、多渠道地參與了相關治理進程，與國際社會各方一道共同探索有效治理的路徑與方案，共同致力于“和平、安全、開放、合作、有序”的網絡空間建設。In China and Cybersecurity， the authors summarize China’s efforts to work with other countries in promoting the reform of the international cyberspace governance system with a view to establishing a safe， open， and cooperative cyberspace， and building a multilateral， democratic， and transparent framework for global Internet management. The book also covers China’s involvement in the formulation of related international regulations， hosting the World Internet Conference， and raising the awareness of cybersecurity among Chinese netizens.
